SURFACES
Jesse paints on 19" x 24" Bristol Vellum in this course, You may also work on canvas or wood which ever you prefer. You will want to work on 3-5 pieces at a time so buying the pad of paper will be useful.

BRUSHES
Any paint brushes you have from previous projects should work for this course. The only one you must have is the fan brush.
Jesse's other recommendations are 1.5" chip brush, 3/4" flat brush, and 1/2" Flat brush.  Also don't forget a container to hold your brushes in water, in the studio Jesse uses recycled plastic food containers :)

PAINT
You may use any acrylic paint, however the Blickrylic is thinner than most acrylic paint and is what Jesse uses in 90% of the work he's made.

Jesse seals everything with a clear coat of poly-gloss medium with a foam roller to apply the medium which keeps anything from smearing and seals all the materials.
Polymer Gloss Medium

Otherwise all you need is a space to watch and paint!
